XenoIP is working closely with its international partners in order to create a region wide IP enforcement network that:
- shares all information efficiently
- smoothly pursues all parts of counterfeiting networks transnationally
- only charges fees for results achieved
- continues long into the future to be effective to its members and its clients
We recognize that the key to our organization’s survival and prosperity is ensuring the highest quality of service to our clients. This includes, obtaining results – in the form of seizures of significant quantities of infringing product, punishment (copy of punishment decision, pushing for maximum punishment, destruction of goods),leads to connected parties in the counterfeiting chain – especially to organizers and production sources, and to respond and update clients as quickly as possibly.
Importantly, Xeno is aiming at providing cost effective services– achieving results at low cost – by using information technology to cut out overheads (fewer managers and support staff, and office expenses); and streamlining our services.
Our Unique Service distinguishes us from other enforcement service providers due to our ability to share valuable information efficiently to ensure that all parties in the international chain of a counterfeiting network are identified and acted against quickly and effectively. Xeno is now considering necessary arrangements to take its practice into other jurisdictions in Far East and Americas.
